China Immigration Inspection (CII) is the responsible law enforcement authority at major ports in China.
Our responsibilities include inspecting, arriving and departing passengers and their luggage, as well as transport and cargoes on board; performing security surveillance on all inbound and outbound transport; monitoring the security of restricted areas and maintaining the order at the ports.

Our Service Commitments
We strive to provide travellers with professional,convenient and friendly immigration service.
We aim to ensure 95% of passengers can complete the immigration inspection procedures within 25 minutes.
We will execute the law with impartiality and treat our passengers with courtesy. Our officers will be wearing badges and ready for being monitored by the public. We will respond to any complaints or inquiries within 30 days upon receipt.
Immigration Inspection Procedures
1. Before Inspection
Please have your valid travel documents ready for the inspection. Unless you are a holder of Foreigner’s Permanent Residence Card or Group Visa, all foreign passengers are required to complete the Arrival/Departure Cards, which can be obtained at the Arrival/Departure Card Filling Desk or from our inspection officers.
2. During Inspection
Please follow the signs or instructions from inspection officers and proceed to appropriate lane/counter for inspection. Please take off your hats, masks, sunglasses or other personal adornments that you may be wearing as required by the inspection officers. Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
3. After Inspection
Please remember to take back your documents after inspection. You may also evaluate our service via the Rating Device located on the inspection counter. Your feedback will be highly valuable for the continuous improvement of our services.
Advice to Our Travellers
1. If you have any questions about the inspection procedures, please feel free to ask our friendly staff.
2. Please keep quiet and queue in the line when waiting for inspection. Mobile phones, cameras, video cameras and any other recording devices are prohibited in Immigration Inspection areas.
3. Please ensure that all the information provided on arrival/departure cards, including your name, nationality, passport number, gender, date of birth, etc., is true and correct ,please sign your name.
